Post-construction cleaning supports commercial projects as spaces move from active work toward opening or turnover. The planned service plan identifies where cleaning begins and which surfaces or rooms are included.

Eligible Cleaning Stages

Eligible stages include rough, progress, phased, final, and punch-list touch-up. Eligible stages include pre-opening and final turnover cleaning. Work may support new commercial construction, tenant improvements, remodels, or renovations.

Debris and Residue Boundaries

Routine construction dust and residue are addressed only on accessible, planned surfaces. The service does not include dumpster service, heavy debris hauling, hazardous material remediation, or responsibility for another trade's work. Adhesives, coatings, paint, grout, or similar residue require a project specific surface assessment.

Cleaning Windows and Project Timing

The requested cleaning window is set directly for each phase. Timing accounts for area release, site access, active trade activity, and the turnover sequence without guaranteeing an opening or inspection outcome.

Cleaning After Turnover

Post-construction cleaning ends with the planned project phase or turnover service plan. Properties that need recurring service after turnover should use the established commercial cleaning service path.

Released Areas and Planned Tasks

Cleaning may cover accessible floors, windows, fixtures, restrooms, and interior surfaces within released areas. Entrances and hardscape areas may also be included when they are part of the planned project service plan.

Trade Handoffs and Site Access

The access plan identifies which areas have been released by the appropriate project contact and when cleaning can proceed. Trade handoffs, site safety boundaries, equipment needs, and surface conditions are planned before work starts.
