Your East Bay buildings, one cleaning vendor
Hayward and its neighbors are full of working buildings: offices and storefronts, food plants, warehouses and fulfillment centers, multi-tenant properties, transit and fleet facilities, parking structures and loading docks. If your facility management company looks after any of them for a national or regional client, Hayward Janitorial can be the vendor on the ticket.
You can sign with us directly. There’s no agency or broker standing between your team and ours, and the arrangement suits a firm with a few buildings in the area as well as one with many across the country. Our coverage runs through Hayward, San Leandro, Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, Union City, Fremont and Newark.
Those buildings don’t share a clock. A food plant may want break rooms and locker areas turned between production shifts, a fulfillment center wants its dock offices and restrooms handled while trucks keep moving, and a multi-tenant office wants its lobby quiet and finished before the first tenant badges in. We schedule each address around its own operation.
One account manager, many addresses
Every building you route to us sits under one named account manager. That’s the person who learns your sites, your client’s standards and your coordinators by name. If they’re out, escalate to our operations manager, who backs up your account manager, so a problem has a clear next step.
You can hand us a batch of properties at once. Several buildings across these cities can start together and run under one shared schedule, which keeps your onboarding to a single round instead of a string of separate ones.
Billing is set up for your accounts payable desk. You decide whether invoices come site by site or ticket by ticket; each shows the property address and its matching work order number.
Inside your ticket queue
We use your work-order system, whatever your company has chosen. Tickets, notes and closeouts all stay where your coordinators already look, so there’s no parallel inbox to watch.
Each ticket’s not-to-exceed limit holds. If a dock scrub or a restroom recovery turns out larger than the ticket allows, we stop and get your approval before spending past the cap.
Urgent work gets a response the same day it comes in. Plants and warehouses rarely keep office hours, and neither does our phone for urgent calls: nights and weekends are covered.
What your insurance and security reviewers get
Certificates of insurance go out within one business day of a request. On request, the certificate adds your firm and the property’s owner or client as additional insured. Coverage includes general liability of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, umbrella coverage over it, and workers’ compensation for our staff.
The vendor packet is a quick ask: put the request in our contact form, and someone from operations sends it by email.
Before anyone works a shift in your building, they pass a background check. Crews are uniformed. Food plants, labs and secure facilities often have rules of their own, such as added screening, issued badges or escorted access, and we follow each site’s rules as written.
Plants, docks and offices: what you can route to us
Recurring cleaning goes through our janitorial services, nightly or weekly, room by room. A day porter can stay in a busy building through the workday, minding lobbies, restrooms and spills.
Industrial buildings lean hard on their floors. Our floor care handles strip, recoat and burnish work, and concrete floor scrubbing, carpet cleaning and parking garage and loading dock cleaning each have their own service. Warehouses and production sites route through industrial and warehouse cleaning.
For multi-tenant properties, our multi-tenant building cleaning covers shared areas and suites, and tenant turnover, post-construction and restroom deep cleaning fill in the one-off tickets.
Records after every visit
Arrival and departure are logged at every visit, which settles questions about missed shifts with a record instead of an argument.
Finish an urgent call-out or a single-visit job in Hayward or Fremont, and a completion note, or a few photos, lands with your coordinator to attach before the ticket closes. On recurring sites, our supervisors walk and score the work, then pass those inspection results along to you, so the next review with your client has something solid behind it.
Walkthrough, start date and vendor packet
Send us a site and we’ll have walked it inside two business days, with service underway inside a week.
At the walkthrough we note entry and alarm procedures, any site rules for screening or escorts, the floors that need periodic work and the rooms that take the most traffic. That becomes the cleaning plan your account manager keeps on file for the building.
Our contact page takes packet requests and site lists alike. We reply within one business day, and our line is reachable 24/7.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Do we have to be a national firm to work with Hayward Janitorial?
No. Regional facility management companies can sign with us on the same terms as national ones, directly and without a broker.
Can you cover several East Bay buildings starting the same week?
Yes. We can take on several buildings across Hayward and nearby cities at once, all under one schedule and one account manager.
Who do we call if a loading dock spill can't wait until Monday?
Call us. We take urgent calls on nights and weekends and respond to urgent tickets the same day.
What do you do when a ticket's cost limit is too low for the job?
We hold at the limit and ask you for approval before going over the not-to-exceed amount.
How do you show the work was done?
Three ways. Each visit’s arrival and departure is logged, urgent and single-visit jobs close out with a note or pictures, and you receive our supervisors’ inspection results.
